Executive Chef/Owner – David James Robinson
A former Vice President at a Manhattan Ad Agency, Chef Robinson started as a passionate home cook.
He trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York (High-Impact Leader Scholar and Dean’s List), and studied catering at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York City.
A published writer, Chef Robinson has a library of 1,000 cookbooks and a love of gardening, the Hudson Valley/Berkshires, and the laughter that comes from warm hospitality.
He is an avid jazz fan and makes his home in Columbia County, New York.
Caleb DeFrees – Sous Chef
Caleb hails from San Jose, California and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America (Dean’s List).
He has cooked at Tarrapin Restaurant in Rhinebeck, New York and also produced fine food in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and at Yellowstone National Park.
He enjoys skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer and was an Eagle Scout.

Amy loves people, enjoys working with clients and has an enthusiasm for family and customer relationships. She relishes country living and resides with a pond in her yard and a waterfall nearby. Cooking, skating and swimming are activities she enjoys with her husband, Tom and her daughter, Hannah.
