We believe that the Hudson Valley and the Berkshire Mountains are an unsung gastronomic and agricultural region as vital as Napa, Burgundy or Provence.

 

We use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible and our food is homespun with integrity, joy and love.  We care deeply about the food we create, down to which salt and pepper we use.

 

We don’t take a “Choose One from Column A and One from Column B” approach to your menu.  Each is developed and customized specially for you, your guests and your event – like culinary couture.
